Fees, insurance and privacy
How much does an appointment cost?
Ask us about fees on WhatsApp. Your first short call with one of our specialists is free. We'll get to know what you need, then share the exact fees before you book anything. There's no obligation.
Do you accept insurance?
We don't bill insurers directly. You pay at the clinic, and we give you an invoice and the forms to claim from your insurer. For therapy, insurers usually ask for a psychiatrist's referral letter. Our psychiatrists work in the same clinic, so we can arrange it.
Is what I tell you confidential?
Yes. All consultations are confidential.

Do I need a referral to book?
No. You can book with us directly.
Can I book for my child?
Yes. We see children and teenagers too. Tell us your child's age when you message.
Can I choose a male or female specialist?
Yes. We have both male and female specialists. Just tell us your preference when you message.
